Lending Library Terms and Conditions

  1. Membership
Access to the Gorgeous Nothings Library requires an active annual membership, billed at $60 per year.

  2. Eligibility
Membership is available to approved applicants. Gorgeous Nothings reserves the right to approve or deny membership at its discretion.

  3. Borrowing Limits
Members may borrow one book at a time. Reservations are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.

  4. Loan Period
All books must be returned within 45 days of the checkout date unless otherwise specified.

  5. Care of Materials
All titles are rare, out-of-print, or first edition and must be handled with care. Books should be returned in the condition in which they were received.

  6. Shipping & Returns
Outbound shipping and return postage are included with membership. Members are responsible for following provided return instructions.

  7. Loss or Damage
Lost or damaged books will be charged at current market value using the payment method on file.

  8. Non-Return Policy
Books not returned after three reminder notices, without communication, will be considered lost and charged accordingly.

  9. Renewals
Renewals may be granted at the discretion of Gorgeous Nothings and are subject to availability.

  10. Payment Authorization
By joining, members authorize Gorgeous Nothings to charge their stored payment method for membership fees, late fees, or replacement costs as outlined above.

  11. Membership Termination
Gorgeous Nothings reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership in cases of misuse, non-compliance, or abuse of library privileges.

  12. Amendments
Terms and conditions may be updated at any time. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
