Returns & Refund Policy
Gorgeous Nothings complies with the Australian Consumer Law.
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
This policy applies to orders shipped within Australia.
Change of Mind
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we do not accept returns for change of mind on opened fragrance or personal care products.
Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

The product is unused and unopened

All seals remain intact

The item is in its original packaging

Proof of purchase is provided
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged in transit, not as described, or not of acceptable quality, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe at:

If a product is confirmed to have a major fault, you may choose between a refund or replacement. For minor faults, we may offer a repair or replacement in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Reasonable return shipping costs for approved faulty items will be covered by Gorgeous Nothings.
Fragrance & Personal Care Products
For hygiene and safety reasons:

Opened fragrance and personal care products cannot be returned for change of mind.

Products that have been used, altered, decanted or tampered with are not eligible for return unless faulty.
This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email:
Include your order number and details of your request. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.
Inspection
All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Change-of-mind returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria may be returned to you at your expense.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and assessed, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Pre Orders
Estimated dispatch timeframes for pre order items will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
If you wish to cancel a pre order prior to dispatch, please contact us. Once dispatched, this policy applies.
